Mi Sol Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services based on the scope agreed upon with the client. Services may include routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty services as requested.
All quotes are based on the information provided by the client, including property size, condition, and service requirements. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from those described at the time of the quote.
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept various payment methods, including electronic payments.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24–48 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and resolve any issues.
Mi Sol Cleaning is insured; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from improper installation or maintenance of surfaces.
Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond standard scope, or if there is a risk to our team.
Service scope, frequency, and pricing may be updated based on changes in client needs, property conditions, or scheduling requirements.
